Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (or substitute with mayonnaise or sour cream)
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish)

  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Prepare the coating: Mix Greek yogurt with half of the grated parmesan, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Arrange the chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish and lightly season with salt.
  5. Coat each piece with the yogurt mixture, ensuring all sides are covered.
  6. Add remaining parmesan and a dusting of paprika on top.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes, optionally broil for a crispy finish.

Notes

Don’t skip marinating for flavor and moisture. Use fresh ingredients for the best taste.
